Honestly, it took me until last Friday until I was able to wrap my head around it. In a way, it has absolutely nothing to do with money, but it has everything to do with money. I know. That makes no sense at all. Every time I try to explain it to my wife, I seem to just make it more and more confusing. Yesterday, I was watching Rachel Maddow's show, and she did an amazing job at explaining everything. I'm going to let her do it for me, because she does it a heck of a lot better than I do:
