Fox News Calls Maced Protesters "Overly Dramatic" (Video)

Earlier this week, I posted video of a New York City police officer, later identified as Anthony Bologna, macing a group of peaceful women taking part in the Occupy Wall Street protests.  Within the last week, the video of the assault has been viewed on YouTube over 1.2 million times, as well as by millions worldwide on various news programs.

When Fox News add their two cents to the story, they immediately discredit the protesters.  Anchor Megyn Kelly starts by saying that, "I see these women screaming.  It's like they've been shot in the face."  She then accuses them of "playing it up" for the cameras.  Take a look:



Said Kelly, "They've been there all week, and they were looking for publicity.  They got it in the end."

"Fair and Balanced", people.

Video: NYPD Pens Group Of Quiet Female Protesters, Then Maces Them

This is video taken earlier today, September 24, 2011.  A group of female protesters were near Union Square in Downtown Manhattan, part of the larger #occupywallstreet protests taking place.  As you can see by the video, the women are quietly protesting.  If they are speaking, they can't be heard.  Half of them were quietly taking pictures.

As they're standing, NYPD officers encircle them.  They get the females penned within a plastic orange barricade, then hit them point blank with pressurized mace.  Watch:

I couldn't make this up if I tried.

At an Atlanta area IHOP, on Sunday morning, at 4:00AM, a disagreement broke out between a woman and an off duty Atlanta police officer.  According to eyewitnesses, she was yelling at other patrons, and was asked to leave by the officer.  She refused.  That brings us to the video your're about to see.

Oh, fair warning.  This particular IHOP is apparently a fueling station for the Empire.  The gentleman taking the video is the "Hip Hop Stormtrooper".  He's sharing a table with Boba Fett, the galaxy's most dangerous bounty hunter.  I always pictured Boba Fett as...taller, and not as scrawny.



Did you see how hard the cop punched that girl at the :45 mark.  Damn.  Atlanta PD has released a statement regarding the incident:

"The officer involved in the arrest and confrontation with a patron at the IHOP in Buckhead has been placed on administrative duty pending the outcome of an investigation by the department’s Office of Professional Standards. Use of force by police officers is a matter the department takes seriously, and the OPS investigation will determine if the officer acted within established guidelines. Chief Turner has pledged to have the OPS investigation concluded in 10 business days.”

Just imagine what that place looks like after hours on Halloween night. 

Cop Pepper Sprays Baby Squirrel...I'm Not Kidding

This video was taken Wednesday by a student at Kimbrough Middle School, in Mesquite, Texas.  The video shows an officer macing a baby squirrel.  You can hear students on the video screaming and pleading for the officer not to do it.



I guess that's how they do things in Texas.  The squirrel was later arrested on terrorism charges.
