Video: 'The Book Of Mormon' - 'I Believe'
I see this video and two things come to mind. 1.) I need to get to New York City to see this show on Broadway, because it looks amazing. And, 2.) Maybe Jehovah's Witnesses aren't that crazy.

Damnit, why didn't I see this before I bothered to get into it on-line with some idiots from N. Idaho who think this play is completely earnest and in no way mocking the LDS??
I want to go see this so badly.
I want to see this so badly! I live in UT and have for most of my life and yes, this is really what they believe. Watch the "All About Mormons" episode of South Park too for more singing fun and odd beliefs. My dream, though, is for it to tour and come here. Bwah-hahahahaha!
I LOVE that South Park episode. It ranks up there with the whole, "This is what Scientologists actually believe" bit.
"Joseph Smith/He was a prophet/Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb"
I'm going to have to watch that again on Netflix tonight. LOL
Ah yes, I love the scientology one too.
Surprisingly, the Mormons I know who do not seem to have sticks up their asses actually enjoy the South Park episode. I have one friend who is all high up in their local church house (I can't even remember what it's called but it's something like: in the bishop rick in their ward) and he fully admits that, yes, it is what they believe, and he finds it hilarious. I wonder what he'd think of the play. I have heard that Mormons sans stick have enjoyed it, but I can't cite that anywhere or anything.
