Quiz: Count The Body Mods

This is a photo of Joeltron, one of Australia's leading body modification artists.  There practically isn't a piercing or modification that he hasn't personally tried on himself.

 

Microdermals in his forehead.  Subdermals implanted under his eye.   Stretched labret and septum.  Then, the pièce de résistance:  A stretched ear lobe, going through a cheek piercing, and being held by a forked tongue.  

If my memory serves me correctly, Joeltron was the first person in the world to have his eyeball tattooed.  It is still considered an extremely rare and dangerous place to get ink (you can easily go blind), but it looks like it's turned out well.
