Video Diary - Episode One
I'm starting to believe that all of my medical/neurological issues may be caused by Celiac disease. So, I recently started myself on a gluten free diet. I thought it would be interesting to begin a video diary to document my progress.
Please excuse the poor quality of the video. It's the first time I have used this webcam. I'm still working out the bugs. Also, the constant itching of my nose is a Tourette's thing (in case you were wondering).

So cool that you may have found an answer to some of your problems. You sound very hopeful for the first time in a while! I changed my eating about 4 years ago and it has helped me a lot. I just feel better for it, even if it hasn't solved all my problems! Other side effects, my cholesterol has gone down, I lost 70 pounds, and I can run, walk up and down stairs, and do things I never thought I'd be able to do again. I hope great things for you!
