When Fact Meets Fiction

Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder charges last week in Orange County, Florida.  She is scheduled to be released from custody in two days, on July 13, after more than three years in prison.

Dexter Morgan is currently sitting in his office in Miami; less than four hours away.  What would happen if the players in these two worlds collided?
