When talking to my surgeon's assistant prior to the first surgery last week, he estimated that between the three procedures, and a combined six months of follow up appointments involved, their office would likely be billing my insurance provider somewhere in the ballpark of $2 million this year. He said that they would probably only receive $250-300k of that. But still.
Steve Austin doesn't seem that special in 2011.
